- Check goods upon receipt for freshness, color, smell,
damage to the packaging and best before/best before dates.
- Store food and drink 15cm above the ground. Store products/materials in appropriate cabinets or racks.
- Do not store unprocessed products with prepared products. Store unprocessed product at the bottom of the refrigerator and prepared product at the top of the refrigerator.
- Cover prepared food properly and provide it with a code. Product name, production date, best before date or freezing date.
- Regularly check the shelf life of the products in stock and for damage to the packaging.
